Isaiah 40:31 “But those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” Amen

Today I would like to introduce you to my friend Chris Mock. Chris is 48 years old and resides in Aiken, SC. I’ve known Chris for a couple of years since we began communicating on Instagram and Twitter. Through his daily postings of Scripture, inspirational and humorous quotes, pictures of his daily life, children and grandchildren…I have determined that Chris is a one of a kind, truly genuine, and gentle soul. I am drawn to his positivity and I believe you will be too. He is gracious to leave nice, encouraging, and sometimes funny comments on my posts which make me smile. I am grateful for the friendship we have formed. We also share a common love for warm weather and the beach! Beyond all of that, I relate to him on a deeper level after hearing his testimony. I believe you will too.

Chris has dealt with a lot of loss in his life. His life changed forever when he lost his beloved wife and best friend, Stacia, in a car wreck on July 28, 2012. He was injured in the accident and was in a comma for six weeks. He has had a long road to recovery. But through his recovery he has found his message. He has spoken at 24 churches since the accident, which has led to at least 24 people giving their lives over to Jesus and becoming saved. His overall message is powerful and a great reminder. We are not promised tomorrow. We are only guaranteed one thing in life and that is eternity through Jesus Christ. In a message to me Chris wrote, “We choose to spend eternity with or without God. And the only way to him is through Jesus! Your choice!”

Chris sent me a DVD from his Sanctity of Life message he gave on 1/19/14 at Mt. Beulah Baptist in Windsor, SC. I uploaded it to my YouTube account with his permission so that I could share it here. The talk is 55 minutes and I encourage you to set aside the time to really listen to his words. You will be touched and inspired. Chris told me he has become much stronger since this video was made. I believe he is one of the strongest people I know.

Blessings,

  1. Praise God, thank you for sharing your testimony. May it bring healing, transformation and salvation to the lives of the hearers in the mighty name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ!

  2. Revelation 12:11 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Praise the Lord what a testimony for the glory of God.. Sometimes in life we think what happens to us is unfair and why did it happen to me? In this life we will go through many trials and sufferings but God is faithful and what is really important is we are saved through accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Your testimony is very vital and needed to encourage others who are going through pain, loss of loved ones and who are hurting inwardly. I too have many loss of family members and other sorrows in my life but I thank and praise the Lord for saving me and bringing inner healing in my life that I can still move forward to testify of His amazing grace, His tender mercies and His precious Love. One day we will be with the Lord forever there will be no more sorrows or pain neither death. God bless you and stay encouraged in the Lord. We love you in Christ we will keep you in our hearts and prayers also would you please remember us in prayer also.
